By using our website, contacting our clinic, or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or booking our services. 

Bendigo Medispa provides medical aesthetic consultations and treatments performed or supervised by qualified healthcare professionals.

 • All treatments are subject to a comprehensive medical assessment and clinical suitability. 

• Treatment recommendations are made based on your individual concerns, medical history, and clinical findings. 

• Not all clients are suitable candidates for every treatment. 

• Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. 

 • Information provided on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, or promotional material is intended for general educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

 • Bendigo Medispa complies with all applicable Australian regulations, including the requirements of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). 

Appointment Confirmation 

To ensure efficient scheduling and minimize missed appointments: • All appointments are confirmed via SMS and telephone one day prior to the appointment. • Clients are requested to respond to the confirmation message to secure their booking. • If no response is received, our team will make a final phone call on the morning of the appointment. • If we are unable to confirm your attendance, Bendigo Medispa reserves the right to release the appointment to another client. 

New Client Consultation 

All first-time clients are required to book a New Client Consultation. • A $50 booking deposit is required to secure the appointment. • During the consultation, our doctor/nurse will assess your medical history, discuss your treatment goals, and recommend the most appropriate personalized treatment plan. • If treatment is performed on the same day, the $50 deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost. 

Rescheduling & Cancellation

We understand that circumstances can change.

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your

appointment.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, including

on the day of the appointment, may incur a short-notice cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy 

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be considered a No Show. • A $50 No-Show Fee will apply. • The fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in Bendigo Medispa requiring full prepayment for future bookings or declining future appointments. 

We accept major payment methods, including EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and other payment options available at the clinic. A surcharge fee may apply according to card type. 

Treatment Fees 

Payment is required on the day services are provided unless otherwise agreed. 

Deposits 

Consultation and treatment deposits are non-transferable and are applied according to the appointment policy outlined above 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments:

• Treatment fees are generally non-refundable once a service has been performed.

• Results vary between individuals and therefore dissatisfaction with treatment

outcomes alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.

• Retail products may only be returned where required under the Australian

Consumer Law or where the product is faulty or damaged.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your privacy is important to us. Bendigo Medispa collects, stores and manages personal and health information in accordance with: 

• the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

 • the Australian Privacy Principles 

• the Health Records Act 2001 (Victoria)

 Information collected may include: 

• personal identification details 

• medical history

 • treatment records

 • photographs (where consent has been provided) 

• payment information 

Your information is used solely for providing safe medical care, appointment management, legal compliance, and improving our services.

 Is the intellectual property of Bendigo Medispa. 

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical documentation.

 To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 • Bendigo Medispa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

 • We make no guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors. 

• Clients acknowledge that all medical procedures involve risks, possible complications, and varying outcomes, which will be discussed during the informed consent process before treatment.

 Nothing within these Terms excludes any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.  

 Bendigo Medispa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

 Changes become effective upon publication on our website. 

Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when changes were most recently made.
