Skin Renewal Peels

A chemical peel is a clinical skin treatment that uses carefully selected acids to remove dull, damaged surface cells and encourage your skin to renew itself. Unlike at-home exfoliants, professional peels use higher concentrations that are applied and monitored by our clinical team, so they can work more effectively on concerns such as uneven texture, congestion, fine lines and pigmentation. Peels range from superficial to medium depth: the deeper the peel, the more visible the results and recovery. We use Dermaceutic, a French laboratory specialising in professional peels, and each treatment is selected and tailored to your skin following an assessment. Peels can also be combined with other treatments as part of a broader skin plan.

OUR PEEL COLLECTION

Milk Peel

A superficial chemical peel that combines three proven exfoliating acids: glycolic and lactic acids (AHAs) to gently loosen dull surface cells and improve texture, and salicylic acid (a BHA) to clear congested pores. Lactic acid also helps support skin hydration, making this peel well suited to skin that’s dull, congested or uneven. It may help soften fine lines, mild acne, refine the look of pores and brighten superficial pigmentation, with minimal downtime (usually some light flaking for a few days). Your peel is applied by our clinical team, following an assessment to confirm it’s right for your skin.

Cosmo Peel

A superficial chemical peel powered by 15% trichloroacetic acid (TCA), one of the most established peeling agents in clinical dermatology. TCA works by gently removing damaged surface layers of the skin, encouraging fresh cell renewal and supporting collagen production. It’s a step up from our lighter peels, suited to more visible concerns such as uneven texture, fine lines, sun damage and superficial pigmentation. Expect some redness and visible peeling for several days as the skin renews. Your peel is applied by our clinical team, following an assessment to confirm it’s suitable for your skin.

Mela Peel Forte

A medium-depth chemical peel system designed specifically for pigmentation. It works in two steps: first, a blend of exfoliating acids (including salicylic, azelaic, resorcinol and lactic) renews the skin’s surface, then a second layer of targeted brightening ingredients helps reduce the look of excess pigment. It’s suited to stubborn concerns such as sun spots, melasma and post-inflammatory marks left by breakouts. Peeling usually lasts around a week as your skin renews. Pigmentation needs careful management, so your peel is tailored following an assessment by our clinical team.

Your Peel Questions, Answered

Everything you need to know before your first peel, from choosing the right one to caring for your skin afterwards.

It depends on your skin and your goals. Our Milk Peel is a gentle option for dull or congested skin, the Cosmo Peel 15% suits more visible concerns such as texture and sun damage, and the Mela Peel Forte is designed specifically for pigmentation. Peels aren’t suitable for everyone (for example, during pregnancy or with certain medications), so we start with an assessment and recommend the peel that’s safest and most effective for you.

Most people feel warmth, tingling or mild stinging while the peel is on the skin. It usually settles within minutes, and our team monitors your skin throughout. Stronger peels may feel more intense, and we’ll talk you through what to expect before we begin.

Every skin responds differently. You may experience some flaking or peeling for a few days, or very little at all, depending on your skin and the peel we recommend. Most people return to work straight away, but if you have an event coming up, let us know so we can time your peel around it.

Some clients notice fresher-looking skin after one peel, but a course of treatments spaced a few weeks apart usually gives the best results, especially for pigmentation or texture. We’ll create a personalised plan at your consultation, so you know exactly what to expect from the start.

Before your peel, avoid sun exposure, and let us know about any skincare products or medications you’re using, as some active ingredients (like retinoids) may need to be paused. Afterwards, use gentle skincare, apply SPF 50+ every day and avoid picking at peeling skin. We’ll give you clear aftercare instructions and recommend products to protect your results.
