Limited Availability: This offer is available while supplies last. A limited number of packages are available, and once sold out, the offer will no longer be available.
Promo Validity: The promotion runs until June 30th, or until all packages are sold out.
Prepayment Required: All packages must be prepaid at the time of appointment.
Booking: Bookings must be made in advance. Customers must mention or quote the promo offer at the time of booking. Appointment availability is subject to scheduling.
Non-Transferable: Packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Gift Vouchers: Our packages are available for purchase as gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the voucher will no longer be redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for any service. Please ensure the voucher is used within the specified time frame.
Cancellation Policy: To maintain our high standard of service and respect our practitioners' time, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any package appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled treatment value. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the prepaid treatment from your package.

Medical Conditions: During your skin analysis consultation the practitioners will ensure your suitability for the package treatments and they may recommend an alternative option if necessary. Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions.
